Record qualifying app activity on at least 30 different calendar days between August 6 and September 30, 2026. The qualifying days do not have to be consecutive.
Drive Safely
Set up the app before moving your vehicle. Never hold or interact with a phone while driving. A passenger may operate app controls while the vehicle is moving.
Remain Eligible
Keep your registration and contact information accurate and respond promptly if selected as a potential winner.

1. Agreement to the Official Rules
By entering the No Ticket DC Safe Driver Gas Card Giveaway (“Promotion”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

NO TICKET DC LLC is solely responsible for administering the Promotion and fulfilling valid prizes.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 6, 2026.
App-based registrations must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026.
The qualifying app-usage and alternative-entry period ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026.
The Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia who:
- Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
- Possess a valid email address;
- Comply with these Official Rules; and
- Are not otherwise excluded below.
Employees, owners, officers, contractors, representatives, and immediate-family or household members of NO TICKET DC LLC or any company materially involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible.
“Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse of each. “Household member” means a person sharing the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period before entry.
The Promotion is void outside the listed eligible jurisdictions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
5. App-Based Entry Method
To enter using the No Ticket DC app:
- Complete the official giveaway registration by August 31, 2026.
- Download or access the free No Ticket DC app using the registered account or device.
- Record qualifying app activity on at least 30 distinct calendar days between August 6 and September 30, 2026.
- Provide accurate contact and eligibility information.
Existing No Ticket DC users may enter by registering for the Promotion and completing the same qualifying activity requirements.
Downloading the app by itself does not complete an eligible app-based entry.
6. Qualifying App Activity
“Qualifying App Activity” means a legitimate use session recognized by the Sponsor’s system on a distinct calendar day. Technical criteria may include opening the app, activating a supported driver-awareness feature, or completing another ordinary in-app activity designated by the Sponsor.
Qualifying days do not have to be consecutive. Multiple sessions completed on the same calendar day count as one qualifying day.
Activity generated by bots, scripts, automated programs, emulators, duplicated accounts, falsified location data, or other fraudulent methods is not eligible.
Entrants are not required to drive on every qualifying day and must not use the app in an unsafe or unlawful manner merely to obtain qualifying activity.
NO TICKET DC LLC may review reasonable system records to verify eligibility while limiting access to information reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.
7. Free Alternative Method of Entry
No purchase, app download, subscription, or app usage is necessary to enter or win.
To enter without using the app, hand-print the following information on a plain sheet of paper:
- Your full legal name;
- Your complete mailing address;
- Your date of birth;
- Your email address;
- Your telephone number;
- The statement: “I wish to enter the No Ticket DC Safe Driver Gas Card Giveaway and agree to the Official Rules”; and
- Your signature and the date.

Alternative entries must be postmarked by September 25, 2026 and received by September 30, 2026.
Each valid alternative entry receives the same opportunity to win as one completed app-based entry. Mechanically reproduced, bulk-mailed, incomplete, illegible, or automatically generated entries are void.
8. Entry Limits
Limit one entry per eligible person, regardless of entry method. An entrant may not obtain multiple entries by using different email addresses, devices, accounts, mailing addresses, names, identities, or methods.
An entrant who completes both the app-based method and the alternative mail-in method receives only one eligible entry.
9. Prizes
Three prizes will be awarded:
- One $1,000 gas gift card, approximate retail value: $1,000.
- One $500 gas gift card, approximate retail value: $500.
- One $250 gas gift card, approximate retail value: $250.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,750.
NO TICKET DC LLC will select the gas retailer or a generally usable fuel-card provider based on availability. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms, restrictions, expiration rules, acceptance locations, and availability.
No prize transfer, assignment, resale, or substitution is permitted except that NO TICKET DC LLC may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when an advertised prize is unavailable.
No cash redemption is available except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion or where required by law. Limit one prize per household.
10. Random Drawing and Prize-Award Date
On or about October 5, 2026, NO TICKET DC LLC or its designated administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The first eligible entry selected will be considered for the $1,000 prize, the second for the $500 prize, and the third for the $250 prize, subject to eligibility verification.
NO TICKET DC LLC expects to award all verified prizes no later than October 20, 2026.
Delays caused by winner verification, delivery-provider issues, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control do not create a right to a different or substitute prize.
11. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners may be notified by email, telephone, in-app message, or another contact method provided during entry.
A potential winner must respond within five calendar days of the Sponsor’s first notification attempt unless a different period is stated in the notification.
NO TICKET DC LLC may require a potential winner to provide:
- Government-issued identification;
- Proof of age and eligible residency;
- An eligibility affidavit;
- A liability or publicity release where lawful;
- Tax information where legally required; and
- Information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails verification, refuses the prize, or violates these Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected randomly.
12. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
13. Taxes and Additional Expenses
Each winner is solely responsible for federal, state, local, or other taxes and any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
NO TICKET DC LLC may issue tax documentation when required by law. Entrants should consult their own tax advisor regarding the consequences of accepting a prize.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize grants NO TICKET DC LLC permission to publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city, jurisdiction, prize, and a voluntarily supplied photograph or statement for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation.
No entrant is required to provide a testimonial as a condition of entering.
15. Privacy
Information collected for the Promotion will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and perform related promotion-administration functions.
Entry does not automatically enroll the entrant in unrelated marketing communications unless the entrant separately provides consent.
App usage, location, and account information will be handled according to the No Ticket DC Privacy Policy and applicable law. NO TICKET DC LLC will seek to collect only the information reasonably necessary to verify qualifying activity and administer the Promotion.
16. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
NO TICKET DC LLC may disqualify an entrant who:
- Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;
- Uses multiple identities, accounts, or entry methods;
- Manipulates app-usage or location records;
- Uses bots, scripts, emulators, or automated methods;
- Interferes with the Promotion or another entrant;
- Attempts to obtain a prize through fraud;
- Violates these Official Rules; or
- Acts unlawfully or unsafely in connection with entry.
17. Technical Problems and Promotion Changes
NO TICKET DC LLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, undelivered, or incorrectly recorded entries caused by technical failures, internet interruptions, app-store delays, device incompatibility, mail delays, or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion when fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, security concerns, natural disasters, government action, or other circumstances materially affect the integrity or lawful administration of the Promotion.
When reasonably possible, winners will be selected from eligible entries received before the affected date.
18. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NO TICKET DC LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, administrators, service providers, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize, except where such a release is prohibited.
Entrants remain responsible for complying with traffic, distracted-driving, parking, and mobile-device laws. Nothing about this Promotion instructs or authorizes an entrant to handle a phone while operating a moving vehicle.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
Except where prohibited, the Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute must be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
Any claim shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Washington, DC, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Rules eliminates a non-waivable consumer right.
