4. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your driving behavior and compliance with all traffic laws. You must always operate your vehicle safely and follow all local, state, and federal laws.

5. Location Services

The app uses your device’s location to provide alerts. You can enable or disable location permissions at any time through your device settings.

6. Subscription & Payments

NoTicket DC may offer a subscription service (e.g., $2.99/month) for premium features.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s account settings.
• No refunds are provided unless required by platform policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of NoTicket DC are owned by NoTicket DC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

NoTicket DC is not liable for any damages, fines, penalties, or losses resulting from use of the app. You use the app at your own risk.
